A high-performing 11-16 secondary school in Luton is looking to appoint an Associate Assistant Headteacher - Science. This is a senior leadership role ideal for an experienced Science practitioner ready to drive standards across the department and school-wide.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic oversight of Science curriculum and pedagogy

• Drive whole-school teaching and learning priorities

• Lead CPD, coaching, and quality assurance for Science staff

• Contribute to SLT discussions and whole-school improvement plans
