This role offers an exciting opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to lead and inspire a growing team while delivering a comprehensive range of services to a diverse portfolio of clients. As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a critical role in managing and mentoring junior team members while maintaining and expanding client relationships. You will deliver a blend of project and professional services across a range of sectors, including education, social housing, and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
• Managing a team and ensuring high performance while fostering career growth.
• Delivering professional and project services such as condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and project management.
• Acting as a key figure in business development activities to drive growth.

• MRICS qualification with a RICS-accredited degree.
• Proven experience in a consultancy or private practice.
• A strong client-facing presence with commercial awareness.
• Line management skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
• A proactive, motivated approach to business development.

• Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
