Associate Building Surveyor

What's on offer:

The position of Associate Building Surveyor is being offered with flexible working hours, ensuring a great work-life balance. The basic salary for this position is up to £65,000 for an Associate Director, with an opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on company profit. Taking potential on target earnings to £85,000 per annum. Further benefits include a health and well-being payment, a phone allowance, car expenses and 25 days of holiday with additional days given over the Christmas period.

The role of Associate Building Surveyor will involve:

• Leadership and responsibility of overseeing Surveyors, providing technical and professional guidance
• Managing Client relationships along with Business development
• Project Management
• Financial Budgeting and reporting
• Risk management and Compliance
