Salary: £65,000 - £85,000+ & bonus + benefits

We're working with a number of London-based consultancies looking to appoint Associate-level Building Surveyors across a range of specialisms. These roles offer the chance to take ownership of client relationships, lead project teams and play a key role in business growth.

Whether your background is more project-led, party wall-focused, or you have a strong professional services track record, we're keen to hear from experienced chartered surveyors ready for a senior position.

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified
• Proven experience at Senior or Associate level
• Strong billing history and commercial awareness
• Confident managing clients and leading instructions
• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Contract administration and project delivery
• Party wall and neighbourly matters
• Dilapidations and technical due diligence
• Professional services and landlord & tenant matters
