You will be responsible for managing a small team of surveyors, delivering projects, and supporting wider business objectives. The role will involve overseeing a range of professional and project-led work, while also contributing to business development activities and strengthening existing client relationships. You will work closely with senior leadership, supporting strategic growth and helping to drive the business forward in the region. This position would suit an established Senior Building Surveyor looking to step into a leadership role or an existing Associate seeking a new platform with greater influence and progression opportunities.
