Associate Building Surveyor

An award-winning property and construction consultancy are looking for a dedicated Associate Building Surveyor to join their collaborative Leeds team.

The Associate Building Surveyors' role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be responsible for supporting an ever-growing, diverse client base, working across sectors including heritage, education, healthcare, commercial, government, defence and retail.

As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role as a senior leader, taking on a range of business development duties as well as key project leadership on complex projects.

The Associate Building Surveyor will also have the opportunity to manage a team of surveyors, contribute to business growth plans and lead on team development and client management.

This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Associate Building Surveyor who's keen to get stuck into a wide variety of duties.

The Associate Building Surveyor

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will ideally be an experienced individual, with the drive to succeed and develop, both as an individual and as a key representative of the business.

• MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
• Previous consultancy experience
• Industry knowledge across a variety of sectors
• Business development experience is beneficial
