Associate Business Change Manager (Part Time - Fixed Term Appointment)

This is a fixed term appointment for 18 months.

This vacancy is part time (20 hours).

In the position of Associate Business Change Manager you will:

• Lead on business change activity and work with the project to support delivery of the business case benefits and outcomes.
• Champion the use of best practice and provide expert advice for team members and project community.
• Assess and understand the impact on stakeholders to improve the likelihood of their adoption of the change.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing and updating the change management elements of the business case.
• Provide input into creation of required Business Change products.
• Supports the engagement of relevant business/end users during this process.
• Seek out and forge meaningful working relationships with colleagues to support implementation of change projects.
