We're looking for an Associate Employee Benefits Consultant to join an expanding and industry leading Health & Risk Consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a collaborative, flexible environment while helping SMEs make smarter, people-first decisions.

What you'll do:

• Be a key advisor to a portfolio of SME clients

• Provide market-leading, strategic consulting advice

• Drive client retention and uncover new opportunities

• Collaborate across teams to enhance service delivery

• Stay ahead of market trends and industry developments

Role requirements:

• Background in Health or Risk benefits

• Client-facing confidence and strong interpersonal skills

• Commercially minded with a knack for relationship building

• Ready to take the next step from admin or sales into consulting
