Associate Conveyancer

I am looking to add a number of Conveyancers to the office of one of the strongest, and most quickly expanding, firms in the West Midlands.

My client are looking for friendly and organised legal professionals that are keen to find a role that will allow for fantastic progression whilst working in a culture that promotes teamwork and wellbeing.

The successful candidates can expect to take on a varied caseload of (often high-value) conveyancing matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Equity Release
• Transfers
• Shared ownership
• Buy to let sale and purchase

This is a fantastic opportunity for conveyancers to join a friendly team whilst benefitting from fantastic training and development. The successful candidates will demonstrate a strong desire to progress in their legal career, as well as the ability to work well both within a team, and on their own initiative.

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
