Associate Creative Director

Across 4 international offices — Kuala Lumpur (MY), Bristol (UK), Sydney (AU) and Philadelphia — we are a full-service creative agency with a unique blend of specialists across creative, content, digital and strategy.

Following a year of continued growth, 2023 was another great year for us with clients including Autodesk, UCAS and Australian National University — to name a few. We need the next great talent to join our team.

Moving forward Hybrid needs to ensure all creative teams operate at the highest standard and receive the best support.

This role will have a key focus in helping lead our UK creative offering and developing the team. Responsible for shaping our creative output and level of design as we make the next step of growth.

Responsibilities
· Bringing a wealth of creative thinking that seeks to raise the game
· Strategic thinking; delivering creative that is aligned with strategic priorities
· Craft design and creative to an excellent standard and drive the UK team forward
· Client facing role, leading creative presentations and a key role in pitching UK new business
· Management, development and oversight of UK design team
· Reporting to UK CD on a weekly basis to track progress

Requirements
- 8+ years creative agency experience
- Extensive experience working across brand and campaign
- Additional video production, animation, UX/UI experience would be a plus
- Loves being a client facing lead
- Experienced leading or managing teams
- A natural thirst for growth and ambition
