Salary: £90,000 – £182,433 per year

Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire (easy commute from Southampton, Havant, Fareham, Gosport, Waterlooville, Chichester and surrounding areas)

Job type: Part-time – Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays

About the role

Juniper Horizons are seeking ambitious and motivated Associate Dentists to join a thriving, modern practice in Portsmouth. This is a rare opportunity to combine a strong NHS contract with excellent scope for private treatments, supported by an efficient and well-run clinical environment.

You will take over an established patient list and work within a collaborative team that values clinical freedom, professional growth, and high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality NHS and private dentistry, including general and cosmetic treatments

• Provide preventative and restorative care to an established patient base

• Build long-term, trust-based patient relationships

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records

• Collaborate with a skilled and supportive dental team

Requirements

• Active NHS Performer Number (essential)

• GDC Registration (required)

• Valid indemnity insurance

• 2+ years’ dental experience (preferred)

• Excellent communication and patient-care skills

• Eligibility to work in the UK

This modern dental practice is based in Portsmouth, offering excellent transport links and easy commuting access from Southampton, Havant, Fareham, Gosport, Waterlooville, Chichester and the wider Hampshire area.
