Job Description - Associate Dentist

Juniper Horizons Ltd is excited to invite applications for a Full-Time Associate Dentist position, offering a mix of private and NHS dentistry with an annual target of 1000 UDAs. This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled dentist looking to join a reputable practice that values patient care and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality dental services to a diverse patient population in both NHS and private settings.
  • Conduct comprehensive examinations and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Perform a variety of procedures including general dentistry, restorative work, and preventive care.
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment options, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate patient records following current regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with the dental team to enhance patient experiences and care delivery.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to refine skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Registered with the GDC, with a current NHS Performer number.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create positive patient relationships.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
