We're working with a well-established dentist-led practice in Hastings looking to welcome an Associate Dentist to their experienced and supportive team.

This is a great opportunity for a dentist looking for a stable NHS base with strong private earning potential, within a modern, fully digital environment.

Role Details

• Full-time or part-time available
• Flexible working hours (typically 8am – 5pm)

Earnings & UDA

• £15–£16 per UDA
• 5,000 – 10,000 UDAs available (depending on days)
• 45% private split
• 50% lab fee split

Practice & Facilities

• Fully digital practice
• iTero scanner available
• Offers NHS, cosmetic, and implant treatments
• Strong clinical support from experienced team and Clinical Director

Location

• Located in Hastings, East Sussex
• Good transport links from Ashford, Brighton, and London

Candidate Requirements

• GDC registered Dentist
• Performer number required
• Comfortable working in a mixed NHS/private environment
• No PLVE
