Associate Dentist

Diamond Dental Staff are supporting our clients' mixed NHS and Private practice to welcome a new full time or part-time Associate Dentist to join their well established dental practice, where they have been providing dentistry to the local community for over 40 years, split across 2 floors and wheelchair accessible, located in the University Town of Central Reading, Berkshire.

Our clients' dental practice is modern, fully digital with a high private earning potential due to its 0% interest free financing for their patient base. 

In terms of team culture, the Principal Dentist leads a well-supported, hard-working and professional team that includes an Oral Surgeon, Implantologist, Orthodontist, Dental Hygienist and General Dentists. As well as referring in-house, there is a local referral centre for external referrals. 

Professional development is always encouraged as well as the opportunity to grow with the practice and team. The team are passionate in delivering excellent patient care and work hard to ensure the patient journey is a positive experience for every patient.

There is also the opportunity for an immediate Locum to provide short or long term cover and we would like to hear from you if this is of interest to you.

The Role

• UDA Rate: £12 - £13
  




• UDA Amount: Negotiable
  




• 50/ 50 split on private earnings and lab bills
  




• Working days are flexible
  




• The practice has a large UDA contract of 22,000 so the offering is negotiable
