Job Title: Associate Design Engineer (Structural & Civil Engineering)
Location: Leicester
Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Role Overview:
As a Senior Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design process, ensuring the integrity, safety, and functionality of our projects. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, architects, clients, and contractors to deliver cutting-edge solutions that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Conduct structural analysis and calculations to develop safe and efficient designs.
Utilize your expertise in civil engineering to address site-specific challenges and optimize project outcomes.
Produce detailed technical drawings, reports, and documentation using industry-standard software.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional development and growth.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5-10) in structural and civil engineering roles, with a focus on design and analysis.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working towards it is desirable.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is advantageous.
