Associate Director

A dynamic and successful Advisory firm is seeking an Associate Director to join the team and help shape the future of their client work. If you're currently working in a Big 4 firm within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or Mergers & Acquisitions, this is your opportunity to move into a more agile and entrepreneurial environment.

The Role:
As an Associate Director, you'll lead on strategic projects across M&A, due diligence, and financial advisory, supporting clients ranging from high-growth businesses to mid-market private equity. You’ll have a real voice in shaping their offering and build client relationships.

• Lead and manage transaction support and financial due diligence projects

• Advise clients through the full deal lifecycle—from origination through to execution

• Deliver high-quality analysis, reports and strategic insights to both corporate and private equity clients

• Work closely with Partners on business development and client relationship management

• Support the growth of the advisory practice, helping shape internal processes and team culture

Ideal background:

• ACA qualified (or equivalent), ideally trained in a Big 4 environment

• 6+ years' experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or M&A

• Strong analytical and commercial skills with a solid understanding of deal structures

• Excellent communication and client-facing experience

• Proven ability to lead projects and manage junior team members

• A collaborative, hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset
