We’re recruiting for a dynamic and forward-thinking transport consultancy as they continue to grow their Birmingham team. They’re now looking for an Associate Director to play a key leadership role - driving project delivery, managing client relationships, and shaping future growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior transport professional ready to step into strategic leadership while staying close to the technical detail.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and overseeing high-profile transport and infrastructure projects
Representing the business in key client and stakeholder meetings
Shaping business strategy and service development
Managing and mentoring a growing team
Driving project delivery, budgets, technical standards, and client satisfaction

What you'll need:

Strong technical background in transport planning or highways infrastructure
Leadership experience and a commercially driven mindset
Ability to manage client relationships and oversee complex projects
Knowledge of DMRB, MfS, and relevant design/standards

What’s on offer:
