Associate Director - Housing

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director to play a key role in expanding their presence across London and the South East.

This is a role combining business development and project delivery responsibilities, ideally suited to someone with a strong network and understanding of the housing sector, alongside the ability to lead and deliver high-quality client work.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the growth and development of the housing and regeneration offer across London and the South East.
Generate new business opportunities and strengthen the company's market presence.
Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, housing associations, developers, and other key stakeholders.
Identify, secure, and win new business opportunities.
Lead and oversee project delivery, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
Support the development and mentoring of team members as the regional team grows.
Contribute to strategic planning and wider business growth initiatives.Candidate Profile

Significant experience within housing, regeneration, planning, or a related consultancy environment.
Strong understanding of the London housing market and public sector landscape.
Demonstrable business development and client relationship management experience.
Established network across local authorities, housing associations, and/or development organisations.
Proven ability to manage and deliver projects successfully.
Commercially minded with the ambition to help build and lead a growing regional presence.
Experience operating at Associate Director level, or a Senior Manager/Associate looking to step up.
Salary: £70,000–£90,000 DOE
Location: Central London
