Associate Director Leeds

Associate Director to join a high -performing planning consultancy in Leeds,
taking a leading role in delivering major residential and regeneration schemes
while driving regional growth.

This consultancy has a strong reputation for advising
developers, land promoters and investors on strategic housing projects, complex
planning appeals and Local Plan promotions. Their success is built on long -term
relationships, technical credibility and commercial understanding.

The Role

As Associate Director, you will operate as a senior leader
within the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading
  major residential and mixed -use planning strategies
  
• Managing
  and expanding key client accounts
  
• Driving
  business development and generating new instructions
  
• Leading
  project teams and ensuring delivery quality
  
• Managing
  and mentoring junior and mid -level planners
  
• Financial
  oversight of projects, including profitability and resourcing
  
• Representing
  clients at Local Plan examinations, hearings and inquiries
  
• Supporting
  recruitment and long -term growth planning for the Leeds office
  

This is a role for someone who wants genuine influence, not
just delivery responsibility.

• MRTPI
  qualified (essential)
  
• Strong
  experience delivering complex residential schemes
  
• Proven
  team leadership and staff management capability
  
• Strong
  commercial awareness and fee management skills
  
• Evidence
  of winning work or supporting successful client growth
  
• Established
  regional network across Yorkshire property and development sectors
