Director to join a leading East Anglian planning consultancy and play a key
role in shaping regional growth.

This role offers the chance to lead major residential
projects, expand key client relationships and take responsibility for staff
development and office performance. The firm advises a wide range of private
sector clients, including developers, housebuilders, land promoters and private
estates.

The Role

As Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading
  complex residential planning strategies and site promotions
  
• Acting
  as senior advisor to major clients
  
• Driving
  business development and winning new work
  
• Managing
  and mentoring planners across multiple levels
  
• Overseeing
  project profitability, budgets and resource planning
  
• Leading
  Local Plan examination work and strategic planning submissions
  
• Supporting
  appeal strategies and inquiry preparation
  
• Contributing
  to regional growth planning and recruitment strategy

• MRTPI
  qualified (essential)
  
• Proven
  leadership experience and commercial capability
  
• Strong
  experience in strategic housing and Local Plan processes
  
• Demonstrable
  business development success
  
• Strong
  client management skills and regional market presence
