Lead Operational Excellence Across One of London's Most Diverse University Estates
London Metropolitan University is seeking an exceptional Associate Director of Estates (Operations) to play a pivotal leadership role within the Estates Directorate.
Reporting to the Director of Estates, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Estates Operations, ensuring the University's campuses remain safe, compliant, sustainable and fit to support world-class teaching, research and student experience.
This is a significant leadership appointment responsible for operational delivery across a complex and varied estate, leading multidisciplinary teams and driving continuous improvement in service quality, compliance, customer experience and financial performance.
