Hospital Pay Rates: £46.00 to £53.00 paye inclusive of holiday pay ( Please note, this client pays direct engagement and PAYE inclusive of holiday pay per hour only. Rates depend on skill, experience, and qualifications. ) Working Days and Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Role Summary Lead and be responsible for the Trust’s operational performance on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer Communicate highly complex and sensitive information to executives, senior clinicians, and senior external stakeholders, including regulators. Responsible for multiple and complex business performance systems across the Trust
Role The role is responsible for the development and delivery of organisational strategy relating to the effectiveness of business performance and improvement directly on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer. The role impacts at a strategic level on all clinical divisions across the Trust and supports the Executive Team in delivering operational performance. The post holder directs and provides a comprehensive, integrated business performance management function, ensuring effective performance management reporting against agreed metrics and targets. The role manages and undertakes complex analysis of business performance data to effectively identify developing issues and trends and develop strategic responses making recommendations to the Chief Operating Officer. The role will oversee service developments and innovation across the Divisions and will be responsible for implementing operational innovative solutions across the Trust. Maintain and enhance an effective audit function acting as an independent appraiser of controls and systems and their operation across business performance activities providing assurance to the Chief Operating Officer. To co-ordinate and maintain the Trusts policies and framework on performance risk, ensuring that risks are regularly and appropriately recognised and evaluated, and that risks and issues are communicated and escalated internally and externally as directed by the Board of Directors.
Questions Do you have previous experience working as Associate Director of Performance within the NHS/Healthcare sector at a Band 8D/equivalent level? Do you have strong programme management and data analysis experience? Do you have strong experience with complex report writing? Do you meet the criteria above and if successful, would you be able available to start employment immediately or within 1-2 weeks once compliant?
