Associate Director of Performance Marketing

A senior, in-house, interim opportunity within performance marketing suitable for applicants from agency or clientside with multi-million lead generation PPC and performance marketing experience.

About You:

• You'll be experienced in high volume, consumer focused, big budget (7 figure minimum) lead generation campaigns.
• Obsessed with the detail and on top of figures at all times.
• You'll need team management in abundance and be comfortable holding your own reporting to board.
• Confident to make campaign changes, challenge thinking and impact results instantly.
• This role would suit someone who's immediately available and should lead to a permanent appointment for the right individual, if that's your goal.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Taking the strategic lead in performance marketing campaigns across PPC, paid social, display and other performance channels
• Leading a small, highly skilled, in-house team as well as third parties.
• Continually monitoring and quickly reacting to data to ensure a constant flow of high quality leads are being driven to the business.

Where You'll Be Based:

Building quick relationships with the team will be key so you'll ideally be able to be in the Doncaster office regularly, as a minimum this would likely be 2-3 days per week.
