Associate Director Oxford

Associate Director to join a high -performing Oxford planning team, delivering
major residential and mixed -use development projects across Oxfordshire and the
wider South East.

projects require careful planning strategy, political awareness and strong
client management. The Associate Director will play a central role in managing
key clients, developing staff, and driving the growth of the Oxford office.

The Role

This is a senior leadership role combining delivery
responsibility with commercial and team management requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading
  complex residential and regeneration planning strategies
  
• Acting
  as senior advisor to major developer and landowner clients
  
• Driving
  business development and generating new instructions
  
• Managing
  and mentoring a team of planners
  
• Supporting
  recruitment and team expansion strategy
  
• Financial
  oversight of projects, including profitability and resourcing
  
• Leading
  Local Plan promotion strategies and examination work
  
• Overseeing
  appeal submissions and inquiry preparation
  
• Supporting
  Directors in long -term growth planning and market positioning
