Associate Director - Planning

The project\: Please speak to the Sellafield lead for further information about this role. The opportunity is for a planner/scheduler to support a fast-moving work stream within the Engineering dept in Sellafield.

Note: The work will be office based 3 days per week within West Cumbria. P6 is an essential

You’ll be responsible for:

• Applying local H&S regulations and compliance rigor.
• Fostering inclusive, safe, and high-performing teams.
• Managing delivery aligned to strategy and client outcomes.
• Driving planning performance and business success.
• Ensuring robust planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Supporting strategy, governance, and responsible growth.
• Developing talent, share knowledge, and enable excellence.

You’ll need to have:

• BPSS security clearance.
• P6 experience.
• Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.  
• Extensive experience in the successful planning of projects and programmes in the nuclear sector is preferred but not essential.
