Role Overview

As Associate Director, Pricing, you will:

• Lead the firm's global pricing strategy, aligning with business goals and market dynamics.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on pricing, profitability, and client fee arrangements.
• Drive client engagement, leading pricing negotiations and developing innovative fee models.
• Oversee profitability analysis and implement tools to support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate across Legal Operations, Finance, and Business Development to enhance pricing governance and delivery.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global pricing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Champion financial literacy and commercial awareness across the firm.

Key Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in pricing leadership within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Proven success in strategic pricing, client negotiations, and profitability initiatives across regions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with global team management experience.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with pricing tools, profitability dashboards, and legal tech platforms is highly desirable.
