Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong relationships
• Lead and develop a team, conducting regular performance reviews
• Drive business development and identify new opportunities
• Ensure compliance with internal risk and quality standards
• Support talent development and contribute to firm strategy

Requirements:
• Significant experience in private client tax within professional services
• Proven advisory and relationship management skills
• Qualified CTA and/or ACA
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
