planning consultancy at Associate Director level, taking responsibility for
both project delivery and regional growth.

This role is suited to an ambitious MRTPI planner ready to
step into a senior leadership position with real influence over direction and
strategy.

The Role

• Leading
  complex residential and regeneration planning strategies
  
• Taking
  ownership of major client accounts
  
• Driving
  new business opportunities and expanding market share
  
• Managing
  and developing a team of planners
  
• Financial
  oversight of projects and profitability
  
• Supporting
  recruitment and team expansion
  
• Representing
  clients at high -level inquiries and examinations
  

You will work closely with Directors to shape long -term
business strategy.

• Proven
  leadership and staff management experience
  
• Demonstrable
  business development capability
  
• Strong
  commercial acumen and financial awareness

  network within Yorkshire property market
