Associate Director Structured Finance Origination Infrastructure

1. Contribute to the origination, thoughtful structuring and successful delivery of international project finance transactions in the infrastructure sector.
2. Work on tasks such as financial modelling, analysis, market insights, due diligence, coordinating with external advisors, reviewing documentation, preparing credit applications, and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
3. Play an active role in the pitching process by preparing bid packages, pitch materials, pricing assessments and rating analysis.
4. Build strong relationships with internal teams including Credit Risk Management, Distribution, Agency, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Legal and Treasury.
5. Grow and maintain a network of advisor and sponsor relationships.
6. Contribute to wider team initiatives such as client database management, digital marketing and presentations.

Structured Finance is a global team that provides Project and Structured Finance solutions for clients across the Energy and Infrastructure sectors. The London team focuses on Renewable Energy, Energy Transition, Social Infrastructure, Digital Infrastructure and Sustainable Transport.

As part of the team, you will help originate new opportunities in the European infrastructure market, working with clients in areas such as data centres, fibre networks, rolling stock, roads, airports, housing and healthcare.

A profile that convinces us

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Minimum of 4 years of project finance experience in financial services, banking or industry.
3. Understanding of infrastructure asset classes.
4. Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills.
5. Experience with Excel and financial modelling; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
6. Collaborative mindset, flexibility and a solution-oriented approach.
7. Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
8. Willingness to travel within Europe when required.
