Associate Director - Tax

An international provider of financial and corporate services seeks to strengthen its tax team with the addition of an Associate Director. Joining as #2 in the department, you will support the Tax Director in shaping and growing the tax function, with a strong emphasis on corporate tax and tax advisory. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role with broad exposure to both operational and client-facing responsibilities.

Duties include:

• Lead and manage a small team
• Partner with the Tax Director to oversee day-to-day tax operations and drive departmental growth
• Take full ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, managing all aspects of compliance including UK corporate tax, VAT and payroll-related filings
• Deliver high-quality tax advisory services, offering expert guidance on both domestic and international tax issues

You will be a qualified tax professional (CTA / ACA or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience. This will suit a tax professional at Associate Director level or a Senior Manager looking to make their next step up. Due to the nature of this role, prior US client experience is essential.
