Requirements:
Joining as a founding member of the leadership team, working directly with the Co-Founders to scale the business. The company has already secured major client projects for 2024 but a key focus of this role will be help form and deliver a long term business development strategy as well.
The team covers a dual desk (contract and permanent) and is more project or client-focused than staying within a specific vertical. While the vertical will always be Tech and Digital related, we operate as an embedded partner with companies, hiring across various domains such as product, software, data, and technical leadership. Therefore, we need someone who is open to working across multiple technical role types. That said you will always have extensive support from the team on technical qualification calls and search approaches when needed.
We are looking for someone with an established network and client base that brings something new to the business / team in the longer term. This could include expertise in areas such as: Cyber Security / Engineering / Manufacturing / FinTech / HealthTech
As an Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in championing Future Talent Group, maintaining a proactive presence on LinkedIn, and supporting these efforts through our community fund sponsorship, events, and client projects.
Financials:
Salary + Total revenue based uncapped commission up to 40% of revenue
