What You'll Be Doing
As an Associate Director (Temporary Works), you will:
·Lead the growth and development of my client's Temporary Works division, helping to shape its future direction.
·Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand the Temporary Works portfolio.
·Lead the design and delivery of complex temporary works solutions across a wide range of projects.
·Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to engineers across the business.
·Work closely with senior leadership to develop the team's capabilities and contribute to the company's continued growth.
·Ensure all designs are delivered to the highest technical standards and comply with current industry regulations.
What You'll Bring
·Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
·Extensive experience in temporary works design within a consultancy environment.
·Strong commercial awareness with experience developing client relationships and winning work.
·Excellent leadership and people management skills.
·Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or equivalent.
·A passion for developing teams, growing a business function and delivering technical excellence.
