Are you an Associate Engineer or Senior Engineer from a Structural Engineering background looking for a highly autonomous role where you will have full ownership over multi-million pound projects?

Do you have a background in Commercial or Residential projects and looking to work for a highly successful, tight-knit consultancy where you'll be working with blue-chip clients?

In this role you will be responsible for managing high-value projects from cradle to grave. You'll be acting as the face of the business, whilst still being on-the-tools getting stuck into the design aspects of the projects. Delegating to CAD and Design teams, you'll be ensuring projects are running on-time whilst training and inspiring junior members of the business.

This highly successful design consultancy work with major developers on complicated concrete and RC framing projects across the Residential and Commercial sectors. They have a UK office and a team overseas, and are looking for an Associate Engineer to take the lead and inspire their team.

This role would suit an Associate or Senior Engineer with Chartered Status, from a Residential, Commercial or Concrete/RC frame background looking for a highly autonomous role where you'll be responsible for multi-million pound projects.

The Role:

• Taking the lead on high-value projects for blue-chip clients
• Responsible for signing off structural design work and calculations
• Acting as the face of the business, liaising with clients
• Hybrid working, 3 days a week in office
• Progression route to directorship
