This is an exciting opportunity for an investment professional to join a high-performing venture capital team focused on sourcing and evaluating early-stage technology investments. The role offers broad exposure to venture investing within a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, including:
Identifying and sourcing high-potential investment opportunities within fintech and enterprise software
Building relationships across the startup and venture ecosystem, including founders, investors and strategic partners
Conducting market research, founder meetings and commercial analysis
Supporting due diligence processes and preparing investment materials for internal review
Contributing to investment theses and thematic research across emerging technology trends
Assessing product differentiation, market positioning and business models
Supporting portfolio companies through strategic introductions, research and ongoing analysis
Assisting with fundraising initiatives, ecosystem engagement and thought leadership activities
Who we are looking for
Full-time experience within venture capital is essential, with exposure to sourcing, screening and executing live deals
Strong analytical capabilities and sound commercial judgement
A clear interest in enterprise software, fintech and emerging technologies
Confidence engaging with founders, investors and senior stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare investment papers and present insights clearly
Intellectual curiosity and an enthusiasm for market research and thematic investing
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A collaborative mindset, strong integrity and a proactive approach to problem solving
Experience using AI-enabled tools would be highly advantageous
