Associate Housing Solicitor — Position Overview:

This is a full-time hybrid role based in London Bridge, with opportunities for remote work. The Associate Housing Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of housing matters while delivering excellent client service and collaborating closely with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities of the Associate Housing Solicitor:

Managing a range of housing-related legal matters from instruction through to resolution.
Liaising with clients and managing relationships throughout the life of each matter.
Preparing legal documents to a high standard.
Conducting thorough legal research to support cases.
Supporting and progressing legal proceedings.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Providing excellent client service while collaborating with team members.Requirements of the Associate Housing Solicitor:

Sound knowledge of housing law.
Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
Excellent client communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
Organisational skills to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
A law degree or equivalent experience in housing and property law.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
