Job Description - Associate HR BP

Associate HR Business Partner - Salford
Ongoing Contract
£30 ph Umbrella
Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days wfh
Full time
Essential Criteria:

Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner
Background in working within complex or matrix organisational structures
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, sustain, and strengthen relationships across a range of stakeholders; adept at influencing and persuading
Excellent analytical abilities, with a talent for solving logistically complex issues
Skilled in identifying patterns and trends by comparing and contrasting situations and data to inform sound decision-making
Ability to foster a team-oriented environment, promoting shared responsibility for goals and deliverables
Demonstrates and embodies the businesses values
Experience using process improvement methodologies and applying them effectively

Desirable:

Previous experience working with people systems (e.g., SAP)
Experience in a centralised or shared service centre setting (particularly relevant for roles within People Services)
Background in delivering HR Partnering strategies
