Associate Industrials M&A

As an Associate, you will play a central role in the execution of live M&A mandates while working closely with senior bankers and clients. The platform offers significant responsibility, early client exposure, and a collaborative but high-performance culture.

• Lead execution workstreams across buy-side, sell-side and strategic advisory transactions
• Own and review complex financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models, operating models)
• Develop valuation analyses including trading comps, precedent transactions, and sector-specific metrics
• Draft and deliver client materials including pitch books, Information Memoranda, and management presentations
• Coordinate due diligence processes, working with legal, accounting, and other advisors
• Manage internal processes and ensure seamless transaction delivery under tight timelines
• Support senior bankers in client dialogue and relationship development
• Mentor and develop Analysts, maintaining high standards of output and attention to detail

• 3-5 years of investment banking experience, with a strong M&A execution track record
• Prior experience in Industrials coverage preferred, though high-performing generalist M&A candidates will also be considered
• Demonstrated involvement in end-to-end transaction execution, including modelling, valuation, and deal process management
• Advanced financial modelling and technical skillset, with strong attention to detail
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
• Confident communicator with experience interacting with senior stakeholders and clients
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver under pressure
