Associate Marketing Manager - Healthcare - Remote UK, Germany, Austria. Meet the team: You will join a newly formed team, working with distributors across several countries in the Eastern Cluster. Your role will include connecting with the extended team, supporting the cluster and working with internal and external partners, across a variety of business areas. You will have the ability to truly shape the role and have an immediate impact on the lives of people living with diabetes. We are looking for someone who is motivated to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. Aligning closely with peer marketing colleagues, you will have the opportunity to provide direction for the region and make a difference from day one. This is a remote role, with scheduled team meetings at our Camberley office. Where you come in: You will: Take responsibility for a group of distributors and countries within the region, building relationships and providing them with marketing support and direction Collaborate with EMEA and other in-country Marketing Teams, as well as other cross-functional teams, to ensure the cluster messaging, positioning and executions are aligned Provide guidance across the region for best in class DTC activities and executions, aligning them with the broader brand and organisational objectives Take ownership for specific business areas and countries across the cluster, ensuring timely updates and communications to the wider team Input into the metrics and performance data to understand how to adjust and amend activities for maximum return What makes you successful: You will have experience working within a regulated market (healthcare/pharmaceuticals) - but tenacious and keen to find new ways of approaching problems You are demonstrable background in developing and delivering 360 marketing campaigns with a positive record of campaign effectiveness & customer acquisition through digital and offline channels You are comfortable collaborating with all levels of collaborators (internal and external) to secure alignment and drive for business results You have experience of working cross culturally & within a matrix organisation You approach situations strategically, looking towards long-term sales and goals for the business and business partners. Travel Required: 10-25% Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience. Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
