Associate/Partner Mechanical Engineer
Location: Winchester
Salary: £60k - £80k + Bonuses
Hours: 08:30 am to 17:00 pm Mon – Fri (Core Hours)

Job Summary:
As well as assisting in overseeing the mechanical department, the role will also involve:
* mechanical design, condition surveys, feasibility studies, report writing
* checking designs and offering mentoring our younger engineers
* managing the departments projects, workload, and resourcing
* managing your own projects and client interaction
* providing project solutions and checking the quality of designs
* securing new work and assisting with fee proposals and framework bids
* networking and presentations
This position also offers the possibility of becoming a member of the partnership and helping the management team to develop the business.
