This role would suit a Senior Mechanical Engineer from a Building Services background looking for an autonomous position in a leading consultancy, with clear progression through to Partner.

The Role:

• Attend project meetings on and off site with clients, contractors and design team
• Carry out condition surveys, feasibility studies and report writing
• Carry out detailed scheme designs enabling competitive tenders to be obtained for the works
• Write specifications for the works
• Carry out calculations, both manual and by using computer based systems
• Provide budget costings and monitor finances of projects throughout all stages and ensure financial success
• Comment upon contractor's work / drawings and attend site progress meetings
