We’re exclusively recruiting an Associate Partner for a growing and forward-thinking accountancy practice with a company wide 4 day working week. This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on client relationships, values integrity, and wants to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery across accounting, audit, and advisory
• Leading and inspiring a team of finance professionals, ensuring development, motivation, and high standards
• Driving business development—attending networking events, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to strategic growth
• Taking ownership of multiple engagements, ensuring high quality, compliance, and value-add for clients
• Playing an active role in the leadership team—shaping internal processes, mentoring colleagues, and influencing future strategy

What You’ll Bring:

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience in a practice environment
• A proven track record of managing and growing client relationships across sectors
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify new revenue streams and drive business performance
• Experience of leading teams and managing complex engagements to a high standard
• A collaborative leadership style with a genuine desire to support others to succeed
