Associate Partner - Building Surveying

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior to Associate level Building Surveyor considering their next role to work remotely across the southern regions of the UK.

This is a fantastic role where you will be able to be autonomous and be given the trust and freedom in how you choose to work and be based remotely for this North Yorkshire Practice who have built their success and network for the past 24 years now.

This is perfect position for any accomplishment Building Surveyor who would also likes the idea of eventually being integral to eventually start up a new office (will be based on your local area) and build a team of surveyors with the businesses support.

Ideally, the Practice are looking to speak with Building Surveyors who within the M4 Corridor but are happy to consider in other southern parts of the Uka as long as you're happy to commute to whichever site you're needed at.

The Practice main sector is retail which having this sector knowledge would be beneficial but not essential for this particular position. The main priority for them is finding that right surveyor with the right attitude in wanting to drive the southern part of their business whilst having a strong professional services background in Building Surveying. Such as; Technical due diligence, leasehold acquisitions, landlord and tenant experience, dilapidations and project management know how in seeing projects from inception to completion in new builds, major refurbs and fit outs.
