Associate Planner Birmingham

consultancy seeking an MRTPI Associate Planner to play a leading role in
delivering major residential -led regeneration schemes across Birmingham and the
wider Midlands.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded planner who
enjoys balancing technical delivery with client growth and team leadership.

The Role:

• Leading
  major regeneration and mixed -use planning strategies
  
• Managing
  key developer and investor relationships
  
• Overseeing
  junior planners and supporting career development
  
• Preparing
  and managing fee proposals
  
• Supporting
  business development initiatives
  
• Representing
  clients at Local Plan examinations and appeal hearings
  
• Ensuring
  high -quality planning submissions across the team
  

About You:

• MRTPI
  qualified (essential)
  
• Strong
  consultancy or developer experience
  
• Proven
  ability managing complex planning applications
  
• Strong
  client -facing skills and commercial awareness
  
• Experience
  mentoring or managing junior staff
