Associate Planner Bristol

FutureGen Recruitment is representing a thriving consultancy
entering its next phase of growth. They are now seeking an MRTPI Associate
Planner to help lead strategic residential and employment -led schemes across
the South West.

This role combines high -level technical planning with
leadership and business development responsibilities.

The Role

• Leading
  major residential and mixed -use projects
  
• Overseeing
  site promotions through the Local Plan process
  
• Managing
  key client relationships
  
• Supporting
  and mentoring junior planners
  
• Preparing
  fee proposals and contributing to pitches
  
• Representing
  clients at appeals and examinations
  

You will be seen as a senior figure within the team and a
key contributor to future growth.

• MRTPI
  qualified (essential)
  
• Proven
  consultancy or developer background
  
• Experience
  managing teams and client accounts
  
• Commercially
  driven and growth -focused
  
• Strong
  regional market understanding
  

A clear pathway to Director -level is available for the right
individual.
