Associate Planner Leeds

FutureGen Recruitment is representing a leading Yorkshire
planning consultancy seeking an MRTPI Associate Planner to take a key role in
delivering major residential planning projects and supporting the continued
growth of the Leeds team.

This is a pivotal appointment within the business. The
successful candidate will combine high -level planning delivery with leadership,
client management and commercial responsibilities.

The Role

As an Associate Planner, you will be responsible for both
project delivery and team development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading
  strategic residential planning projects and regeneration schemes
  
• Managing
  key client relationships, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction
  
• Overseeing
  Local Plan promotion strategies and landowner submissions
  
• Supporting
  and managing planning appeals and hearing preparation
  
• Mentoring
  junior planners and supporting career development
  
• Supporting
  fee proposals, tender submissions and client pitches
  
• Managing
  project timelines, budgets and consultant coordination
  

This is a role offering clear progression toward Associate
Director.

About You

• MRTPI
  qualified (essential)
  
• Strong
  background in consultancy, developer or local authority planning
  
• Proven
  ability to manage clients and lead projects independently
  
• Strong
  leadership qualities and mentoring experience
  
• Commercially
  minded with interest in business growth and client development
