consultancy seeking an MRTPI Associate to support and lead strategic
residential and land promotion projects across the North East.

This role combines high -level technical planning with
increasing business development responsibility.

The Role:

• Leading
  major residential planning applications
  
• Promoting
  strategic land through Local Plans
  
• Managing
  key client relationships
  
• Overseeing
  and mentoring junior staff
  
• Supporting
  fee proposals and new business opportunities
  
• Representing
  clients at examinations and appeals
  

About You:

• MRTPI
  qualified (essential)
  
• Strong
  consultancy or developer experience
  
• Experience
  leading complex projects
  
• Commercially
  driven and growth -oriented
  
• Comfortable
  supporting business development
