Associate Planner Sheffield

FutureGen Recruitment is representing a respected Yorkshire
consultancy seeking an MRTPI Associate Planner to help lead its residential
planning portfolio and support continued growth.

This is a pivotal role combining high -level planning
delivery with increasing commercial and team responsibilities.

The Role

You will:

• Lead
  major residential planning strategies and site promotions
  
• Manage
  key developer and land promoter accounts
  
• Oversee
  and mentor junior planners
  
• Support
  business development and fee proposals
  
• Represent
  clients at Local Plan examinations and appeals
  
• Ensure
  high -quality planning submissions across the team
  
• Support
  workload planning and project resourcing
  

You will play a central role in shaping both project
delivery and team performance.

• MRTPI
  qualified (essential)
  
• Strong
  consultancy or developer background
  
• Proven
  ability to manage complex planning schemes
  
• Commercially
  driven and growth -minded
  
• Experience
  mentoring or managing staff
