As an Associate Portfolio Director, you will:

• Take charge of the entire loan lifecycle, from drawdown to full redemption, including handling defaults and recoveries.
• Strategically manage problem loans, collaborating with legal teams and external advisors.
• Develop and implement recovery plans to maximise capital returns.
• Lead and mentor a team of four, ensuring high performance and effective communication.
• Present portfolio performance confidently at Credit Committee and Board meetings.
• Work closely with credit, origination, and executive teams to refine recovery and underwriting strategies.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of asset management and recovery strategies.
