Responsibilities

Based in London, the Associate will participate in all transaction functions and portfolio management activities.  Responsibilities include:

• Lead deal identification and profiling including detailed financial modeling, quantitative and qualitative analysis;

• Develop and maintain business and industry due diligence;

• Lead deal execution including deal structuring, legal documentation, negotiations and post-closing deal monitoring;

• Monitor asset performance and;

• Assist in reviewing strategic orientations of the portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of investment banking or private equity experience

• Relevant deal experience in energy / industrials or related energy and infrastructure supply chain business services

• Genuine interest in the energy and infrastructure sectors

• Outstanding financial modeling, analytical skills, business valuation, accounting and finance

• Additional European language is a plus but not required

Education
