Associate - Private Wealth (3-5 PQE)

We are seeking an ambitious Associate (3-5 years PQE) to join a respected Private Wealth team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-quality caseload focused on high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, trustees, landowners, and charities.

• Handle succession planning, trusts, wills, and estate administration matters.

• Offer tailored legal advice on tax mitigation and wealth preservation strategies.

• Collaborate with financial advisers, accountants, and offshore professionals.

• Deliver outstanding client care and build long-lasting client relationships.

• Support internationally mobile clients with UK estate and tax matters.

• Work with a contentious probate team to advise executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.

• 3-5 years PQE in private wealth or private client law.

• Expertise in drafting wills, trusts, and complex estate planning documents.

• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families.

• Strong commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Familiarity with cross-border issues and international estate planning is desirable.
